All pens that are offered are in full working order. Their condition is described accurately using our Pen Condition index so you can be certain of what you are buying. All pens carry a 12 month performance warranty and a 7 day 'no quibble' guarantee in case you should change your mind.
If you would like to return any item please contact us immediately for assistance. Email us at admin@vintagefountainpens.co.uk stating the item details, when it was bought and a brief description of the problem. We will respond within 24 hours and give you any guidance or advice necessary. If you change your mind the item must be returned to us in its original condition and in the original packaging. If a pen has been sold as 'uninked' then it must be returned in the same uninked state. We always advise customers to dip the nib in ink to try it for writing style rather than filling it (or fitting a cartridge).
If a pen should develop a problem within 12 months of purchase then it can be returned to us for a further service or repair free of charge. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage or malfunction caused by misuse or accident although we will endeavour to restore the pen to full working order at minimum cost.
