Conway Stewart were reformed in the 1990's after a break of about 20 years. Their aim was to use new materials and technology to reproduce the succesful range of pens that were produced in the 'golden years' from 1905 to 1975.
One of the most famous pens of the original Conway Stewart range was the Duro, it was a prestigious piece in the 1930's and Conway Stewart chose that model to be one of their new production models.
This pen dates from around 2010. It is in excellent condition and is finished in Yellow Swirl.
It is fitted with a solid 18ct gold medium nib and a solid 18ct gold cap ring.
This is a very prestigious pen in lovely condition. It is supplied in its original box.
I have not done a write test on this pen to preserve its mint condition.
