The Visofil range was introduced by Mabie Todd in response to competition from the Parker Vacumatic. The Visofil uses a similar diaphragm based system which works very well (better than the vac in my opinion). This pen has been fully serviced and it now fills and writes very nicely. The Visofil pens have a large ink capacity, an advantage which is often overlooked.
The imprint on the barrel is clear and legible and the pen is in good condition overall with only minor wear marks. The plating to the clip and cap ring is quite worn in places.
The No.2 Medium writes smoothly with a Broad line.
