Production of Waterman Pens in the UK began just after the War in 1946. The modles were the same as the pre-war American range. The W5 was the flagship model at the time and remains a popular and desirable fountain pen. It is finished in the lovely Grey and Green striated marble with gold filled trim.

The pen is in very good condition with only minor marks and scratches to the cap and barrel commensurate with use. There is a little wear to the plating on the clip and lever box.

The large 14ct gold nib is a Fine side of Medium and it writes beautifully with a light flex to it.

The pen has been fully restored and now works perfectly.
