This is a near mint example of the rare No.36 Fountain Pen and matching No.23 Propelling Pencil. The set was made in the UK around 1945. It is finished in the desirable Lined Green Marble with gold filled trim to the triple cap bands and clip. It is supplied in its original box.
The barrel imprint on both Pen and Pencil is crisp and deep and the gold filled trim is in perfect condition. Both items are in excellent working condition, the pen is fitted with a lovely Fine nib which writes smoothly with a light flex. The eraser on the pencil is very worn and has gone hard.
They have been fully restored and are ready to write.
