This is an excellent example of the Parker 45 Flighter Propelling Pencil. It was made in the UK and dates from the late 60's.

This is the Flighter model, finished in brushed Stainless Steel with chrome plated trim.

It is in fantastic overall condition with only very minor marks and scratches commensurate with light use.
