This is a lovely pencil from Watermans. It is the Preface dating from around 2000. 

It is finished in the fabulous Green Swirl Lacquer with gold filled trim and operates with a twist mechanism.

The pencil is in mint condition with only the lightest of wear marks. The pencil takes 0.7mm leads.
