This is one of the very popular Sheaffer Targa fountain pens made in the USA around 1989. It is finished in the desirable Vintage Leaves and Grapes pattern with 23ct Gold plated trim. Sheaffer's pattern number for this finish is 1019s.

The fountain pen is in excellent condition with only very minor marks. 

The 14ct gold nib is a Fine.
