The Parker Insignia was first introduced in 1991 and took over from the 75 as Parkers mid to high range offering. The insignia was produced in many different finishes. 

This is the Insignia Ball Pen dating from 1995. It is finished in the Godron pattern from the Place Vendome range.

The Insignia was very popular and the pens now fetch top prices. They are one of the future classics of the pen market.
