Description.

The Parker Insignia was first introduced in 1991 and took over from the 75 as Parkers mid to high range offering. The insignia was produced in many different finishes. This is the Insignia Pencil finished in the desirable black lacquer with a striped gold cap.

It is date coded for 1991. It is in excellent condition with only very minor wear marks and the clutch action works well.

The Insignia was very popular and the pens now fetch top prices. They are one of the future classics of the pen market.
