Description.

The Parker Insignia was first introduced in 1991 and took over from the 75 as Parkers mid to high range offering. The insignia was produced in many different finishes. 

This is the Insignia Pencil dating from around 2003. It is New Old Stock with only very minor storage marks. It is finished in the Filete pattern, deep lined polished Stainless Steel with chrome filled trim.

The Insignia was very popular and the pens now fetch top prices. They are one of the future classics of the pen market.
