This is a lovely example of a Watermans Propelling Pencil finished in Striated Blue Marble. This is the model with the deep single cap ring which matches the 515 Fountain Pen.

It is in excellent condition throughout with very little wear to the gold plate. It uses standard 0.9mm leads which are readily available.
