The BT200/60 Sacless is one of the rarest Blackbird Fountain Pens, it was made in the UK around 1935 and is finished in the beautiful looking Blue, Black and Brown Helical Marble.
The filling system consists of a spring within a flexible tube which operates a plunger, it works well and this one has been fully serviced. It now fills and writes very nicely. The Sacless pens have a large ink capacity, an advantage which is often overlooked.
The imprint on the barrel is clear and legible and the pen is in excellent condition overall with only minor wear marks. the ink visible section in the barrel is still clear with minimal ambering. The plating to the clip is in good order.
