This is a lovely example of a Watermans Propelling Pencil finished in Black with gold filled trim. This is the model with the single cap ring which matches the W2 or W3 Fountain Pen.

It is in good condition throughout with very little wear to the gold plate. It uses standard 0.9mm leads which are readily available.
