Description.

This is a very good example of one of the later Swan models, the Calligraph, finished in black with gold filled trim to the clip and triple cap rings.

It is in overall very good condition and the imprint on the barrel is clear and deep. The clip shows only minor signs of wear. The button that operates the filling mechanism is grey, I am told that this was a factory modification, not an aftermarket fit. Probably the grey buttons were fitted because they had run out of black ones. However, it makes no difference to the functionality of the pen.

The No.2 Fine nib writes well.

The pen has been fully serviced and is ready to write.
