Description.

This is a super example of this Swan Self Filling Fountain Pen, this is the SM1/60 which was made in the UK and dates from around 1940.

The pen is made from Black Hard Rubber and it is finished with a chased pattern in the form of the rarer parallel lines, most of these pens had a chevron pattern.

The imprint on the barrel end shows "SM1/60" The pen is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The rubber is dark and both the imprint and pattern are clear and crisp.

The No.1 Fine Semi Flex nib writes smoothly and gives a lovely shape to your writing. The pen has been fully serviced and is ready to write.
