Description:

This is an excellent example of the famous Watermans Patrician. It is finished in Nacre, a sort of Pearl and black marble. The marbling has discoloured slightly on the barrel of the pen, a very common problem.

It was made in the USA around 1930 and was one of the most prestigious pens available at the time. Now it is acknowledged as a classic and it is still hugely desirable.

This example has a few normal wear marks, the chrome plated clip has a small amount of movement. The gold filled cap band is in good order as is the lever box. The imprint is a little worn but still perfectly legible.

The pen has been fully restored and now works perfectly. It is fitted with a HUGE  firm Fine nib which is totally original to the pen..
