The L'Etalon was introduced in 1995 and was positioned at the higher end of the Watermans range. They were made from brass with a lacquer finish and were available in a number of different patterns and colours. The L'Etalon is a top quality pen, aimed at the executive and prestige market. They were extremely popular because of their weight and balance and the attention to detail in the construction. It is a prestigious pen, beautifully designed and crafted, and is known and admired by collectors from all over the world. The L'Etalon was discontinued around 2005.

This is the top of the range L'Etalon Fountain Pen finished in Black Lacquer. It is in excellent condition with only very light marks. It is supplied in its original box.
