This pen is an early Conway Stewart in the desirable Woodgrain finish. It was produced around 1920 in the UK.
The 606M is a large pen with a great deal of presence, this model is quite rare and is in excellent condition throughoout.
The plating to the clip is still solid and the imprint on the barrel is deep and clear. The colours to the woodgrain pattern are still vibrant. A crack in the cap lip has been repaired and stabilised and it is very difficult to see.
The pen is fitted with its original Conway Stewart Nib which writes smoothly with a medium line.
Condition: Grade B - due to the repaired crack in the cap lip.
