Description;

This is a lovely Parker 45 Flighter De Luxe Fountain Pena and Ball Pen set finished in brushed stainless steel with gold filled trim. They are both in near mint condition and are supplied in their original Parker box.

The set was made in the USA and it has no date code so it must have been made before 1980, I am guessing at the mid seventies as the US made Flighter had a chromed barrel end up until about 1970.

Both Pen and ball pen are in super condition with the lightest of wear marks. The black plastic section on the Fountain Pen has a very slight mark from the fingers of the clutch inside the cap, this is a very common problem on these pens but this one is barely noticable.

The Fountain Pen is fitted with a lovely smooth Extra Fine 14ct Gold Nib. These original Parker 45 sets are becoming increasingly rare, the final models were discontinued in 2007.

A converter, for filling from an ink bottle, is available as an option.
