Description;

This is one of the less common Targas, it is the slimline fountain pen and it was made in the USA around 1988. It is finished in the lovely Savoy pattern (also known as Art Deco) and features a series of 10 raised gold bands around a black lacquer base. Sheaffer's pattern number for this finish is 677s.

The pen is in excellent condition with only very minor marks. 

The 14ct gold nib is a Fine.
