Description;

The Parker 180 Fountain Pen was the first to offer a double sided nib, turn it one way and you get a Broad line, turn it over and you get a Fine line!

The pens caught the public imagination and they were very successful in the early 1980's - a time when fountain pens were distinctly out of favour. They didn't last long however and the redesigned Parker Classic with a more conventional nib took its place in the mid 1980's.

The original 180's are now quite rare and collectable and the price has soared over recent years.

This set was made in the USA around 1980, The fountain pen takes standard Parker cartridges or it can be used with an optional converter to use ink from a bottle. The ball pen uses standard Parker refills.

This set is in near mint condition. The Fountain pen writes very smoothly with both a Broad and Fine line. It has been fully serviced and is ready to go.
