Description;

This is an excellent example of the hard to find Watermans Ideal No.58 made from Black Hard Rubber with a chevron chased pattern. This is the clipless model with a chrome trimmed lever box.

It was made in the USA around 1928 and is in excellent overall condition with even colouring. The imprint is still clear and legible, there are no cracks or splits.

It has been fully restored and now works perfectly. It is a lever filler and is fitted with an amazing large No.8 Medium Italic Nib. 

This is a rare model and the Italic nib makes it more desirable.
