This is a lovely example of a Watermans Propelling Pencil made from Black chased hard rubber. It matches the fountain pens of that time, the No.12, 14, 52 or 54. The pattern to the chased rubber is in perfect condition and the pencil is working well.

It uses standard 1.0mm leads which are readily available.
