This is a good example of the No.18 Duro Point Propelling Pencil which was made in the UK around 1935. It is finished in the rare and desirable Peacock finish, a heady mix of Green, Gold, Blue and Purple.

The imprint is clear and legible and the pencil is in very good overall condition with only minor wear marks. The mechanism works fine and the plating to the clip and nozzle is still in good order.
