Description.

This is a good example of the popular Swan Self Filling Fountain Pen by Mabie Todd. It is finished in Blue marble with gold filled trim to the cap rings, clip and lever. Self Filler is the name given to Mabie Todd's range of lever filling pens.

The pen is in gtood condition with light marks and scratches and evidence of some very light bite marks at the top of the cap and the bottom of the barrel. The imprint on the barrel, however, is clear and legible.

What you really need to know is that the nib is amazing!! It is a Broad side of Medium but it has a nice flex to it and it gives a lovely shape to your handwriting, I am afraid my write sample for this pen does not really do it justice, as a left handed underwriter I struggle to get the maximum amount of flex because I am pushing the pen across the paper rather than pulling it. 

The pen has been fully serviced and is ready to write.
