Description;

This is a lovely clean example of the Sheaffer Targa Ball pen. It is finished in Laque Prestige Blue with gold filled bands and clip. It matches the lovely 1041 Fountain Pen.

The Pen is in mint condition with only the lightest of marks, it will be supplied with a new refill.

There is a company logo embedded in the top of the cap, a crown with the letters VSOE intertwined.
