This is a fabulous example of the ever-popular Imperial Ball Pen made by Sheaffer. It dates from the early 1990's and was made in the USA. The pen is finished in the desirable rolled gold in the Fine Barley pattern.

The pen uses standard Sheaffer Refills and is in particularly good condition with only very minor marks.
