This is a nice example of the lovely No.84 Fountain Pen and matching Propelling Pencil. The set was made in the UK around 1940. It is finished in the desirable Gold Veined Burgundy Marble with gold filled trim to the cap bands and clip.

Both Fountain pen and Pencil are in very nice condition with only minor marks. The pen is fitted with a lovely Medium Flex nib.

The barrel imprint on both Pen and Pencil is crisp and the gold filled trim is in good condition. The set is supplied in its original box.

The 84 is my favourite Conway Stewart Pen and this one is a nice example.
