This is an excellent example of the Parker 45 Custom Insignia Ballpen. It was made in the UK and dates from around 1970.

It is finished in Black with a Rolled Gold Cap and gold filled trim.

It is in fantastic overall condition with only very minor marks and scratches commensurate with light use.
