This is an unused example of the relatively modern Crest Ball Pen from Sheaffer. It was made in the USA around 1995 and is finished in Red Laque and gold plate with gold filled trim to the clip. The model number is 592.

The pen is in mint, unused condition. It uses standard Sheaffer refills, a new one will be supplied with the pen.
