Description;

This is an excellent example of the famous Watermans Ideal finished in Black Hard Rubber with a lovely Gold Filled Overlay in the rare and desirable Pansy Pattern. It was made in the USA around 1925.

The gold filled cap and barrel are in fantastic condition with no dings or dents and no discernable wear. The hard rubber feed and section are in perfect condition. There is a neat inscription on the cartouche "G.W."

It has been fully restored and now works perfectly. It is a lever filler and is fitted with a lovely Extra Fine full flex nib which writes with a smooth line.

This is a lovely little pen in excellent condition. It is supplied in its original box.
