Description;

This is a lovely pencil from the prestigious UK manufacturers Yard-O-Led. Yard-O-Led were, and still are, responsible for some top quality pencils and the quality of the finish is second to none.

This is a Diplomat Pencil in plated silver. It is from the Diplomat range and dates, according to its style, from around 1950. 

It is in fabulous condition with a nice patina and a deep and clear engine turned pattern. It has no dings or dents and the mechanism works smoothly. It uses 1.1mm leads which are still readily available.
