Description.

This is a very nice example of the Parker Duofold Senior, part of the Duovac range but fitted with the conventional Duofold Button filling system.

It was made in the USA in 1941. The Duovac is a very attractive pen, it has the standard Golden Pearl colour interspersed with Black and Green vertical stripes. This is the version of the Duovac with the Button Filler, also known as the 'Man' Duofold I believe.

The pen is in good condition throughout with minor marks and scratches commensurate with use. The gold plating is in good condition with some wear to the edges and top of the clip. The imprint on the barrel is clear and legible.

The ink sac has been replaced, and the pen is in full working order.

The 14ct gold nib writes smoothly with a lovely Fine Flex Line.
